WELCOME:
A regular meeting for the Park River Oak Estates Homeowners Association was called to order at 7:30p.m. at the Clubhouse.
FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS-DELINQUENT NOTICES/COLLECTIONS:
Homeowner A has been delinquent on HOA dues for several months.
BOARD RESOLUTION:
- A motion was made by Alvina Tzang, seconded by Kimberly Harbison, to approve a Board Resolution to Record Notice of Delinquent Assessment, for Homeowner A. Resolution approved, all in favor.
SECOND ORDER OF BUSINESS-THE YEAGERS
The Yeagers own two units located within our gated community. However, those two units were never annexed in and the Yeagers have not been paying anything towards HOA expenses that they benefit from. Marguerite briefed the new board members on the ongoing issues with the Yeagers. The Board had a discussion regarding possible remedies but no decision was reached at this meeting.
NEXT SCHEDULED MEETING:
Next meeting to be held within the next few weeks subject to the availability of all board members.
