Park River Oak Estates HOA Board Meeting

6:00 pm at the Park River Oaks Estates Clubhouse

ATTENDED:  Marguerite Elia, President; Greg Watanabe, Treasurer; Darrell Y. Hamamoto, Secretary.

ABSENT:  Eric Olsen, Vice-President

Repairs:

President Elia reported that Paul K., licensed general contractor,  proposed repairs  to  three areas of sidewalk trip-hazards.  His requested bid for the repair work is $900.00.  A vote was taken in consideration  of the proposal.  The Board vote was unanimously in favor of the proposal.

Internal officer positions:

All Board members present expressed  an  interest  in  keeping  their  current Board member  office  positions.   The Board voted unanimously and passed in favor of continuing to hold current  office  positions for  another  year.

PROE HOA Board Meeting was adjourned at 6:15 pm.
