Clubhouse Pass

• The Pool Pass is also the Clubhouse Pass.  You cannot be inside the clubhouse without your pass, or you must leave. 
• $100-$200 to use ANY part of clubhouse, except exercise room, enforced by fines.
• CLOSE all doors and windows to the clubhouse when you leave, or the clubhouse will be locked up indefinitely.
• Laminated passes cost $5.  Do not lose, or you will have created a security risk.
• The clubhouse is 100% private property, no guests/friends/non-residents allowed, even with your company.
• You lose exercise room/sauna privileges if you bring in anything other than water.
• Kitchen and living room 100% off-limits.
• Rentals are by a prior signed contract, and pre-payments, only.  $200.00 fine.
• Turn off sauna, or clubhouse will be indefinitely closed for risk of fire.
