Pool Passes Strictly Enforced

We do not have a lifeguard.  Our pool carries risks of HUGE liabilities and expenses, if we are lax.  ONLY THOSE NAMED SPECIFICALLY on Park River Oak Grant Deed, or on a legal PRO rental lease may enter into our private property facilities:  Especially not our exercise room, nor our pool area.   The definition of “private property” is that no stranger can use what are our most expensive and dangerous facilities, without putting this community under a great financial risk in the event of drowning, injuries, vandalisms, or thefts.  We have suffered many injuries, thefts, and vandalisms in the past.

THE POSSESSION OF A KEY MEANS NOTHING TO US.   Residents illegally duplicated keys, so a key will NEVER be accepted as proof of residency.   If you do not purchase a pool pass for $5.00, you are not allowed into the pool area even for a moment.   Pool passes are only available to legal owners and legal renters over the age of 16 years old.   Proof of a legal lease may be required from renters, because we only possess a complete list of homeowners.   YOUR exact name must appear on the pool pass.  You may not use any other person’s pool pass or you will be fined.  If you lose your pool pass, the cost of a new pass doubles.  Residents may have guests ONLY if the resident stays with them.

ALL pool doors have large signs that require legal owners and renters to stay with guests and underage children at all times.   The pool passes have the same warning.    Fines begin at $100-$200 each time per violation and even legal residents may be banned from the pool for not staying with guests and children full-time.   Our potential liability for drownings, or serious injuries is immense, so we must protect this community.  This warning is required for liability purposes.

We have already suffered financial fines, and many warnings from Sacramento County Health Department agencies.   A $250 -$350 fine will be levied for any-sized unauthorized pool parties.  This sign is legal notice to impose all fines.

Pool passes are sold through contacting 916-395-1010, or parkriveroak@gmail.com, with one week’s notice.    Do not enter the pool area for even a moment without an official Park River Oak POOL PASS that you purchase only from Park River Oak management.   Anyone who attacks security officers or management for ASKING to see your pass, even one time, will be fined steeply and/or possibly banned, because it has happened too often, previously.
